Danielle McGee received her B.S. in Biology and a Master of Public Health from Florida A&M University, Tallahassee in May 2005. She then when on to pursue a dual Masters in Business Administration and Health Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Moving to Gainesville in 2009, Danielle joined Shands Healthcare as a health administration resident, and moved on to become the Neurology Clinic Manager in July 2010.

Danielle has a personal passion for Movement Disorders, as her mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1999, and passed away from complications of the disease in 2008 at the age of 57. She feels that her Mother would have surely benefited from the interdisciplinary faculty and care that is provided daily at the UF Movement Disorders Center, and is excited to be involved with such a prestigious program.
