Dr. Bowers is a world’s expert in neuropsychology, memory disorders, and emotional processing in Parkinson’s Disease. She studies the masked face, memory difficulties, cognitive processing, and is collaborating with other experts on better treatment approaches for Parkinson’s disease. She directs the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab which is one of the best in measuring cognitive problems in Parkinson’s disease.
Research Interests: Adult Neuropsychology, Emotion, Memory Disorders, Aging and Dementia, Epilepsy, TMS, Psychophysiology, Neuroimaging.
