Ivo E. Solis a graduated from the University of Florida in 2000 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. After working processionally for several years, Ivo returned to the University of Florida and received his Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2006. Ivo was recruited to work at Shands Teaching Hospital in 2006 where he provided rehabilitation services to patients in the acute care setting.  He worked primarily with the Neurosurgery, and Neurology teams as the lead therapist. In 2008, Ivo transferred to the outpatient rehabilitation setting, with Shands Healthcare, where he works primarily with patients with various Neurological Movement Disorders, along with orthopedic and cardiopulmonary dysfunctions.

Ivo is a proud member of the Gainesville area, where he has been living since 1996, a Shands Healthcare employee since 2003 and is a supporter of Gator Athletics.
